Ok so every now and then I have to remind myself and others where we come from. So today I wanted to cook something up that is a handed down recipe. I know quite a few of the new comers don't know about this stuff so lets take a trip back in time.
In 1988 Atlanta gave birth to what had to be one of the dopest rap groups / bands ever in hip hop. Todd Thomas aka "Speech" and Timothy Barnwell "Headliner" formed a group by the name of Arrested Development. With an album by the name of "3 Years, 5 Months and 2 Days in the Life Of..." during that time you know it had to be dope!
A few Grammies and hit records later Arrested Development is still touring and on their 10th album that you can get for free from their website. People Everyday has to be one of my favorite tracks from them so I had to give everyone a taste!
