Close your eyes for a second and breathe, just breathe. Remind yourself that this is the present moment, that you're currently safe, not anywhere else but here. Remind yourself of the beauty of the present, let go of the troubles of non-existent possibilities, so many of them, so troubling.
Close your eyes and just listen to Arvo Pärt's Spiegel im spiegel, let it take your hand and give you this small relief, this small comfort, a silent resolution and a small gasp of air, a small caress of air, a meaningful hug from the universe.
Close your eyes and love life, thank life for every second, every single moment of calmness you've spent, every single breath of air you have inhaled, and exhaled. Every single heartbeat. None of those were yours, none of this is yours, or mine, or anyone's, we live all of this because we have borrowed it, this body, this moment, this music, they are gifts, only borrowed for a short period of time, but what an amazing period of time.
Nothing's yours to claim because you are already everything, you can't own anything because it would need to be different than you to be able to be owned and this moment transcends that, this moment gives you the sufficient clarity to realize you didn't need to fear any losses, nothing was yours to lose.
You were just dreaming of this gift of life that was bestowed, and that's ok, you're sharing the dream with many others, realizing that their suffering is just an illusion. But you need to hold them, comfort them until they realize there's nothing to fear, offer them a hug, in the distance, let them know it's gonna be ok, we're all eternal.
And we suffer, thinking something was taken from us, and in times like these we suffer collectively, by sensing all the losses around the world, all the souls who rose above this life recently. Friends, fathers, spouses, mothers... And the suffering of those who stay. We grieve and we sense our collective loss, we try not to let fear take over but sometimes it's just too hard, the memories of pain and loss bring forth panic and it's understandable, there's not much more to do than accept it, stop running away from the feelings and just accept them as part of the journey.
It's ok, we're going through the human experience, it's really hard, as hard as it gets, and we're doing great, we're doing wonderful, remember that.
Close your eyes, breathe. Cry, if you need it. Breathe again. Cry again. Cry as many times as you need it, as much as it takes for you to know it's going to be alright, you deserve it. Bring your focus towards that healing and let it take place, it's all going to be just fine.

When you listen to music like this one you also remember what it is to be connected to nature, you remember part of the sound of nature in that organic sound, the wood just resonating to the sound of strings being touched, you remember the essential and feel ready to transport yourself again to the best parts of life.
