We continue to explore the night and music allows us to make a new connection with ourselves, a guitar comes again our way and leaves a single yet powerful imprint on our souls, the pattern is simple but so filled with meaning, there’s another feeling that needs to leave our hearts, free us from another burden.
This and every other night turns unique when we’re joined by such special music. This song came in a very solitary time of my life and made me release so many of my thoughts and feelings through writing, it was just perfect to submerge yourself into and it described everything in a masterful way, using sound to portray it all in a way I couldn’t help but relate, deeply.
On The Esplanade, (down by the see…), a soundscape built perfectly by using different effects and colors that accompany the guitar and add to it in a masterful way.
Here, on Music to Stay up Late we declare ourselves huge fans and forever grateful to Paul Banks (a.k.a. Julian Plenti) and all the amazing music he has brought and helped bring to this world, a world so desperately in need for the kind of beauty that can remind ourselves who we really are.
