So I finished Bojack Horseman this weekend and this beautiful song popped up right at the end (No spoilers), so I decided it was a perfect night tune and a perfect fit for this playlist.
Have you ever thought about all the people you're not going to see ever again and you still don't know it? I tend to think about that constantly, there's some healthy level of reminiscing and sometimes I tend to go past it, my father was definitely trapped in there, the past in the present, all the time, especially during his final years, when he had lost what he thought gave his life any meaning.
I can't even number the amount of times I have been shattered and had to rebuild myself, I'm in the middle of one of those, sometimes you feel so close to give up but it's just a matter of patience, just waiting and taking any chance you get to change your perspective, hold on to anything that does you good.
I can't bet on the future, but feeling almost certain about not seeing someone you love ever again can sometimes be very painful. Well, there's just some more grieving left to do, sometimes it's more unexpected than others, sometimes you end up feeling a lot more guilty than others, nothing left to do than being patient in the slow drip of acceptance and saying your proper goodbyes to the part of you that just departed with them.
