Wisdom is an innate part of our essence, so I'll try to write this just letting my words flow out of my head while I listen to this song.
The Strokes came back and I feel joyous, it's one of my favorite bands,in my case it's one of those bands for which you love absolutely all their songs (it's not common for me), it felt so perfect to have them come back in this difficult time, their music has been one of my closest companions for almost twenty years.
This song is very unique, it's very especial and quite unlike any song they've ever made, it has an incredible videoclip which I recommend everyone should watch at least a couple of times because it has a strange energy that feels connected to these strange current times, which is interesting because the song was released on a very different global climate before the crisis exploded and in spite of it it manages to make you feel like a haunting premonition.
Life brings you to a point where you just have to acknowledge your blessings and be diligent enough to express your gratitude. Today I feel deeply thankful for this album, this song and these new beginnings, which, I hope, will bring many more blessings to our lives.
Let's take this night to express our deepest gratitude for everything in our lives.
