Monsune manages to capture the energy of soul and RnB of the past yet, blends it seamlessly with sounds and grooves of today. The guitar is reminiscent of the Isley brothers or more a contemporary comparison Redbone from Childish Gambino. The bass and drums make it all that more infectious. The vocals, speak for themselves, and Monsune has the gift of all prince like funk inflections to drive the point home. All and all this is a song that makes you feel like you're gliding. I can't picture a better feeling to enter the new year. Happy 2020 everyone!

About the Curator - Rooknight
It started the fist time I was handed the aux driving around the Chicago suburbs. It evolved over my 3 years of being a radio Dj at Purdue. Now at 23 years old, I’m ready for the next step in my passion for sharing music. Being apart of the Musicto family.
As a musician myself, I’ve met insanely talented artists who just need a break. So, I've made it my mission. Listening to over 600 full albums in the last two years alone, and creating over 20 playlist on my Spotify. I've been searching. There is so much treasure out there, just waiting to be discovered. I’m just tryna make the map.
