With spring break right around the corner I feel obligated to give you all an appropriate song for the week. Today I have The Drums - BloodUnder My Belt. A sun filled track filled with with your typical breakup lyrics. Why this song fits so well is because bad relationships and spring break goes hand and hand. At first your having the time of your life wishing it could be like this forever. Almost immediately after, all the shame and regret kicks in, and you wish you had never did it at all.
Sounds like spring break doesn’t it? So don’t forget while your drinking liquor you snuck onto the beach in 90 degree weather while drinking absolutely no water that you’ll regret it. Most likely if your having fun your doing something that you’ll regret. So while I won’t tell you how to live your life make sure you ask yourself will I regret this later? Because spring break will make you do some really DUMB things. Be safe out there or you’ll miss next weeks featured track. And you wouldn’t want that, would you?

Make Me Feel Like Your Bitch – Parallelephants
23 August 2018
Parallelephants are a local synth pop band based out of San Antonio TX. Since I currently reside there, I’m pretty hip to what’s popular as far as local talent goes. This is my favorite local band and they don’t half as much love as they deserve in my opinion. Their unique blend of electronic, alternative and hip hop gives them a unique voice in the city that can’t be easily replicated.
Starfruit LA – Choker
16 August 2018
Choker is back for his second EP Honeybloom and I couldn’t be happier. Seemingly out of nowhere he dropped this project with little to no promotion. Not one for social media, only sporting a Twitter account that tweets about twice a year. Choker mysteriously crept back onto the scene with a cryptic tweet stating that his new project was out now. He’s the type of artist who communicates through music only. And he has every right to because Honeybloom is amazing from start to finish.
