I don’t know about you but I’m currently looking for energy - for input, for impetus, for encouragement to start - to begin - to beat inertia - know what I mean?
I’m not looking for complex - not looking for something to take me on a journey - I’m looking for something to help me start my own.
I’m looking for upbeat - for an actual beat - I’m looking for major over minor, for optimism over today’s current realism.
There’s something about this track that puts a smile on my face and makes me want to start writing - it’s simple - straightforward - long enough to put on a loop without getting too repetitive and I find myself bobbing along as I type.
It’s a happy track - and while I don’t always want that when I write - I’m happiest when I’m writing so - it kinda makes sense to bring that emotion in when I need to start.
Have fun with it - I am :-)

About the Curator: Andrew McCluskey
The first visual memory I have is that of the white upright piano in Singapore, Hell and the Dark Forces lived at the bottom, Heaven and the Angels at the top, they would play battles through my fingers and I was hooked.
As a psychology graduate I studied how sound affects human performance.
As a musician I compose instrumental music that stimulates your brain but doesn't mess with your language centers, leaving you free to be creative and brilliant without distraction.
As a curator I research how music can improve your life and create flow - I can tell you what music to listen to when studying for a test and why listening to sad music can make you feel better.
As the founder of musicto I’m on a mission to inspire a global audience of music lovers and artists through the development of people powered playlists.
