This track has been in my head for a couple of weeks now - it has well and truly burrowed under my skin and I'm hopelessly in love with it.  Having said that - I'm not sure whether it's a 100% right for the Grieve to list but I suspect that anyone who's ever wronged their partner may just resonate with it.

It's the chorus hook - oh man - it wakes me up at three in the morning and I'm so enamored of it that I don't even mind.  I'm choosing to post the YouTube version on the page 'cos - to my ears anyway - it blows the album version out of the water.  The streaming track on Spotify is good but it feels super busy - whereas here - it's stripped down to its essentials and is just so sweet and honest that it hits home.

This band is amazing - the musicality and songwriting is great - definitely worth checking out.  But for now - if you've fucked up with your spouse and you're looking for a way back in - this track, a bottle of Moet & Chandon's 2003 Grand Vintage and who knows - you just might get back in...

About the Curator - Andrew McCluskey

The first visual memory I have is that of the white upright piano in Singapore, Hell and the dark forces lived at the bottom, Heaven and the Angels at the top. They would play battles through my fingers and I was hooked.

Although I've always played, I haven't always been a musician.  Most of my twenties were spent working with people, buying and selling and learning how the world works.  It was in my thirties that I came to America and focused on music and began to develop music2work2.
