I'm not totally convinced that music can be depressing - if music is making you feel something then that's the opposite of depression. Having said that - this track makes you feel pretty deeply...
Written for sparse piano, droning strings and Dr. Who like percussion, the track creeps into your consciousness like a wraith. And while it initially feels a little unsettling, over time the inherent warmth of the track takes over.
It's another track to be alone in the rain to - to be watching the world while you sit and reflect on where you've been and what has happened.
