JONNY LONDON shows his impressive vocals, production, and songwriting skills on his trap infused R&B track drunk. A complete vibe for the Summer, the songs rhythm and electronic samples will have you hooked. The production is personally right up my alley in terms of the trap infused R&B style. The mellow tone and subtle 808's are perfect for cruising through the neighborhood, but also chill enough for personal late night listening.
The second half of the track is where I especially enjoyed his production and vocal editing. He slows down the track a few notches and deepens his pitch to create a sort of drug infused remake of the first half of the track. It reminds me of The Weeknd and the second half of his track Love In The Sky. JONNY LONDON has a similar style as Trevor Daniels, LOVEONFRIDAY, and Samuel Ivy. They all boast their vocal abilities over modern and addictive R&B beats while remaining individual and unique within their own personal tracks.
drunk is a beautifully produced track with relatable lyrics and addictive lyrics. JONNY LONDON is an extremely talented artist with tons of potential to make it on the charts, yet he remains relatively underground. Hopefully, with more people listening and engaging with his tracks, he will shine even brighter.
