It's amazing how intensity and chillness can sometimes be a perfect match, right!?

Here is a nice example of this.

In "Last forever" we have Snoop Dogg, possibly one of the most chill guys in hip hop, plus the powerful deliveries of Rick Ross and Russ, over some nice jazzy beats.

Snoop Dogg's voice and relaxed flow fits the beat extremely well, and the opening line of his verse might explain how he manages to still be on top of his game even after almost 30 years active: "Nothing last forever unless you talking 'bout my rap game"... Quoting a famous Brazilian song, "nice and slow is how we get there" - this seems to be his philosophy.

But, on the other hand, we also have Rick Ross, steady and objective, and Russ, the youngest in the track, whose style is the opposite: he is hungry, he is intense; he is the personification of the individual who can't afford to be calm because he is in the hunt of a dream that's too big for his reality; like he says in this track: "I couldn't play it safe, that's way too risky for me".

Yet, the easy approach of Snoop Dogg (not just on rap, but on life) not by a long sight means he doesn't hustle; just like Russ and Rick Ross' powerful approaches don't mean they can't be a perfect match for a chill thing.

Proof is this track, which, by the way, was produced by Russ.
