About 6 to 7 years ago one of the A&R's I worked with approached me about working with a artist. At the time I still lived In Florida, and this artist was from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I wasn't sure how that was going to work but this person assured me once I heard this guy I would definitely want to work with him.
I also wasn't sure if Alabama was ready for another artist that has the potential of reaching some huge heights. So due to my friendship with this A&R I decided to listen to this guy and give it a chance. I had him send me some music and videos and I delayed on checking them out In fear of being disappointed. Boy was I in for a treat with this guy. Once I heard his music and watched the videos I called my friend back and screamed I want in.
Shown 1k at the time was going by the name LIL Shown and he had a following in his city that was just amazing to me for a artist I had never heard of. He had the ability to deliver his feelings in a manner that you had to relate to It. That is exacly what he does in this track "Cold Hearted". It gives us a taste of the pain that a lot of men and women feel on some level. I hope you guys can enjoy this track as much as I do. And I hop you can relate to It as much as I can.

I can barely believe that I’ve let this curation go so long without more than a passing reference to the legend that is Peter Gabriel – though Genesis feature here with “Cinema Show” from “Selling England By The Pound” which has him on lead vocals…
The Suns of Afterlife – Bliss
