I first heard this song at a friend’s house in a very quiet, relaxed setting. We were having a very deep conversation until this song started…Within 20 seconds of the song starting we were jumping around the room in a frenzy of hype and excitement to this song.
Masaego is very known for his unique production style and versatility as an artist, however, for me personally, this song trumps even some of his best works. From the trippy drum patterns, to Masaego’s nonsensical flow, to the fact that the song ends with Masaego playing ‘Happy Birthday’ on a saxophone, in so many ways this song should not make any sense and yet for some reason all these combined features work perfectly in unison together to create and energetic, fun track. Most definitely not to be taken too seriously, but the creativity and lackadaisical style of the track puts it in a league of its own.

About the curator - Andreas Whyte
My love for music has probably stemmed from listening to whatever music my mum played around the house. This has now grown to me spending a huge amount of my time searching and listening to various genres of music
Not long after I started expanding on my own interest in music, in April of 2015, I begin producing my own music, from which I have now began to gain a following for on music platforms such as Soundcloud and Audiomack, under my producer name ‘Afrosamuraiist’.
My love for music has always been there and now I feel I am ready to share this passion of mine with the world. So, to my fellow music lovers, join me on my search for more amazing music and let’s make our tastes in music grow together! 😊
