This track has some of the most unique lyrical content I’ve heard in a very long time! The content of rap music is typically orientated and sex, love and money, however this track not only goes in a completely different direction, but it also does so in a tastefully amusing way.
The topic of this track is nuclear war and escaping to his bunker for safety. Ordinarily this is an intense topic to cover, however Zamir manages to effectively implement humour both lyrically and in his delivery, giving the track an amusing and light-hearted vibe. His effortless and characteristic flow is also strongly supported by the lofi instrumental from jrd, which brings the unique vibe of the track together.
My favourite bit (which I am sure is also a lot of other people’s favourite bit), has to be when he queries whether oxygen or chocolates are more useful. Partly because of the ridiculousness of the notion, but mainly because of the delivery of line, which makes the whole track almost feel like a freestyle.
Overall this is an amazingly crafted track, which steps far outside the norm and does so with flair!
