For years I have been a huge fan of this producer, and even now this is by far my favourite from him. I feel this song is a prime example of breaking the rules.
The first thing that grabbed me about this track was the percussion: instead of using ordinary instruments such as a standard 'trap' snare or hi hat, he has used an unusual array of sounds. This shows that, if used 'wize'ly and with an open mind, you can use just about any sound as a percussion instrument.
I also love the blend of various melodies throughout the track. The changes in the melody flow seamlessly through each other and make for a unique listening experience.
Despite the immense number of notes played and instruments used in the track, it still manages to keep an even balance and maintain a consistent bounce.
This is a track that could not be ordinarily listened to for those that listen to comfortable music... but for those that search for music that bends the rules and challenges the listener to expand their thoughts, I feel this song would provide quite the experience.

About the curator - Andreas Whyte
My love for music has probably stemmed from listening to whatever music my mum played around the house. This has now grown to me spending a huge amount of my time searching and listening to various genres of music
Not long after I started expanding on my own interest in music, in April of 2015, I begin producing my own music, from which I have now began to gain a following for on music platforms such as Soundcloud and Audiomack, under my producer name ‘Afrosamuraiist’.
My love for music has always been there and now I feel I am ready to share this passion of mine with the world. So, to my fellow music lovers, join me on my search for more amazing music and let’s make our tastes in music grow together! 😊
