This track unlike the first one shows a darker somber tone. Masked over by Lauv's soothing sweet falsetto creates a very melancholy vibe. Not sure if I should cry in my bed or feel inspired about love after listening to this song, but either way I know it's great.
What I love most about this song is how the music was orchestrated and the multiple layers happening in the background. From the the jazzy drums, to the strong bassline, to the choir at the end giving a finale-for-a play kind of vibe it shows Lauv thinks more in depth of how he can manipulate the background noises. Coming off a hot 2017 with two hits; featured on DJ Snake's "A Different Way" as well as his own "I Like Me Better" expect big things from him in 2018.
The best time to vibe... late at night when your mind starts to wander

About The Curator - Dan Rendine
Bio - Growing up in the north western part of NJ, I’ve gotten to experience a taste of different musical influences from the old school era hip hop of NY to the classic rock blue collar sound of Springsteen to the angsty suburban teen punk emo scene. This led me to pick up a pair of drumsticks and start playing which I’m lucky enough to currently do. Graduating from Bloomsburg University in 2016 I’m now residing in Philly with my band Moonroof (whom I met while in college). Music has become more than a passion and I’m beyond excited to share what influences me as a listener. If you want to keep up with myself or my band, check out our social media below!
