If there's any voice for the future and its foreboding nature, it's Thom Yorke. He and Radiohead have become veterans of the industry, but on release, their album Kid A was met with mixed response as its futuristic use of electronic instruments and grim lyrics (even by the standards of the famously nihilistic group) were a sharp turn from their previous record- OK Computer.
Everything In Its Right Place, the opening track off of Kid A, is a gloomy yet terrifyingly danceable song that speaks of colors and lemons through the angelic, eerie sound that is Yorke's perfect voice. The electronic beats and moody synths feel straight out of a neo futurist's wet dream and the build of the track leaves you floating. If you didn't love Radiohead before listening to this one, you will once you've heard it.
