I recently came across this song while listening to the artist Xavier Omar and it has been on repeat ever since. I found this song intriguing, to the slow melody in the background to DRAMs deep voice ringing over that melody. The beat is one thing but I love but the lyrics. Arin is explaining what women would say a lot of men do on the regular, which is cheat. He is saying he knows better than to do that and that communication is key, and as the woman you should know that.
Arin says "in time we'll be fine don't confuse" which I took as in due time we will get back together and it will be serious this time. It is like every relationship where one leaves, or one messes up and they take some time away from each other knowing that in time they will come back to one another. Arin's voice over this cool breeze song really makes me happy. It is such a soothing song. The beat has a catchy, head-nod, beat but still has that R&B feel I love so much.
