Smooth, clean, and pretty only scratch the surface of this indie pop song by The Color Wild. A mesmerizing backing synth and strong passionate vocals from Kyle and Jesse really drive this song into 'Alt Nation' caliber stardom.
We also can’t forget about Jaden who provides a dance style drum pattern and punchy kick to make anyone’s head rock back and forth without realizing. Lastly to round out the quartet lead guitarist Jason includes an upbeat riff to solidify their sound.
I’m in love with this track not only because it falls into the genre of music I listen to (The 1975, Pale Waves, etc.) but it reminds me of a summer night where nothing matters besides what’s happening in the moment. Definitely a must listen from the Sacramento based band. Follow their social links to keep up with them.

About The Curator - Dan Rendine
Bio - Growing up in the north western part of NJ, I’ve gotten to experience a taste of different musical influences from the old school era hip hop of NY to the classic rock blue collar sound of Springsteen to the angsty suburban teen punk emo scene. This led me to pick up a pair of drumsticks and start playing which I’m lucky enough to currently do. Graduating from Bloomsburg University in 2016 I’m now residing in Philly with my band Moonroof (whom I met while in college). Music has become more than a passion and I’m beyond excited to share what influences me as a listener. If you want to keep up with myself or my band, check out our social media below!
