We all know that feeling you get at the end of a weekend when you realise the end is nigh and another week looms. It can strike at any time - it could be during Sunday dinner, as the sun goes down for the final time that week or even as late as Monday morning on the bus - and it takes you into a dream-like state while you recall the weekend's events.
Another Weekend perfectly encapsulates that feeling. It's relaxed, reflective and strikes a unique point between melancholy and optimism, all in a dreamy sonic bubble while switching effortlessly between pleasant indie pop and waltzing psychedelia that sounds just like time slipping through your fingers. You can't listen to this song without sitting back, smiling to yourself and wondering just what the next weekend might bring.
