Float Away Your Fears
let go of your fears with caylyn downey
featuring artists like
Kehlani, Kali Uchis, Tyler, The Creator, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Rex Orange County, Cage the Elephant
Many people focus on the past and worry about the future, however these behaviors hinder ourselves from living happy lives.
The goal of this playlist is to help listeners focus on living in the moment by listening to music and acknowledging the emotions they feel when they listen. Living in the moment means accepting how you feel in the now, which can be hard especially since we always want to be happy and have no worries.
I hope this playlist encourages you to be a better version of yourself and to live each day as it is. I want everyone who listens to be inspired to give themselves that love that you would give to someone you care about.
Be patient with yourself, it will take time to learn how to live in the moment. It is a skill and like any other, takes practice and patience. You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf. One day you will look back and see how you have grown.
If you are having a rough day take a listen and maybe your fears will float away.
