27 February 2018
This track will just make you happy and feel good and it will add a new slang tag to your vocab HMU – Hit Me Up. This band are the ultimate party band and if you don’t dance to these guys you simply don’t a sense of soul and you need to find one to make your life better. The band hails from Southern California and you will get a strong sense of the best days of disco but with a contemporary twist from their music…
If Only – Ships Have Sailed
20 February 2018
This band from CA will lift you up and make you think that fun is still aloud and that spirit is still alive in the world – If Only reminds me of so many songs and things that happened back in the day and it will become part of your heartbeat, I bet it will if you let it.
Hear My Train A Coming – Jimi Hendrix
20 February 2018
Not one of the tracks that Classic Rock radio called a Hendrix classic but one of the tracks that I believe shows off what an amazing player he was and you have to remember all Hendrix music was recorded more than 50 years ago and still sounds fresh truly amazing and still his style has never been matched or challenged.
Water Under The Bridge – Of Sea And Stone
20 February 2018
This husband and wife will melt your heart and if you don’t fall in love with them and their amazing style and sound, I suggest that you seek medical assistance for hearing loss or something more serious. Without a doubt if you get the change to see them play live get to their show, you will be engaged and enchanted.
What Its Like – Danny McMahon
20 February 2018
This track is cool for a couple of reasons, first its a true story of how Danny became a Country artist from the UK and also for the fact that he met the girl of his dreams and she is the one mentioned in the song – yeah I know UK Country sounds crazy but trust me listen and see if you get it and like the song.
Written In The Stars – Martin Turner
20 February 2018
This track is from a guy that I personally regard as a Rock God, he was founder member of the classic 70’s band Wishbone Ash, now sadly unable to tour under the name of the band he founded in 1969 due to issues with one of the other members of the original band. This does not stop Martin Turner from playing live all over the UK and Europe and still make it to Japan and elsewhere time to time.
